Description

Several factors come into play with the moisture content of the raw material, such as ambient temperature in the processing and storage areas, storage methods, even when the material is collected from the fields.  Moisture interferes with the overall expelling process of the raw material. So it is for this reason, that prior to the raw material entering the expeller for oil extraction, it is recommended to pre-treat the material. Research has proven pre-treatment of the raw material before the expelling process, improves oil flow and extraction rate. Conditioning, drying and roasting the raw material with timed heat applied from various sources and in different manners helps to maintain control of the process without losing the quality of the final product.

Drying Tables


The drying tables are used to dry various nuts, grains and leaves by allowing heated air to be blown under a mesh screen the material sits on. In addition, the tables also serve to dehydrate pulps. The tables are available in LP gas, biomass, or indirect steam to create hot air for the drying process. Features include automatic temperature monitoring through control panel, thermal insulation, fan and LP gas leakage safety system.

Rotative Conditioner/Dryers


The purpose of the rotative conditioner/roaster is to condition the grains, nuts or seeds prior to oil extraction, by removing excess moisture. The SMR units allow greater control and monitoring of the standardization and preparation of raw material. The conditioners/roasters are available in LP gas, electric, or biomass burning. Features include temperature controls, flame sensors and discharge via a control panel.  Low Energy Consumption:  The LPG powered equipment, features include thermic isolators and infrared gas burners, guaranteeing the low consumption of gas during operation.

Continuous Dryers


Continuous dryers are used for production above 350kg/h. The preparation system can be rotative or by conveyor belts. We have models fed by LP gas or biomass burning. Feeding, time and temperature are adjustable; other features include a top closure with thermal insulation and quick access to the bottom.
